There are many product data standards available and you can handle them all in Pimmix. For instance some commonly used standards are ETIM and GS1 which universally used standards across companies.

ETIM

ETIM is an open standard to tackle unambiguous grouping and specification of technical products. It offers a data classifications structure for an electronic product database and applications such as an online web shop, search engines or other software. The ETIM model consists of unique identifiers for specific product groups, product classes (categories), synonyms (alternative keywords), features (product attributes), values, and units.

GS1

GS1 is an organization that develops and maintains wide variety of global standards for business communities. Standards are designed to improve the efficiency, safety and visibility of supply chains across physical and digital channels in a wide variety of sectors. The standards give businesses a common language to identify, capture and share supply chain data. GS1 varies from barcodes to product data classifications and photographing rules.
